If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products purchased from us, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 7 days of receipt. You must call us or email us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Freight charges, however, are non-refundable, and return-shipping charges may be different than inbound charges. Your account will be credited, once we receive the merchandise and determine the quality.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Treasures of Mexico to our firstname.lastname@example.org . Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. For “Custom Made” or “Special order” items these cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom Made orders are defined as a special item that is not shown on our website. Special Order is defined when items listed on our website are ordered specially for the order in question.
Cancellation of an order, after the order has shipped, will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) at our warehouse and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If we ship the wrong items, we will pay all shipping expenses.
